How to locate and Change Preheating relay in Opel Combo Tour

Please i want to locate and change the preheating relay in Opel Combo 1.7D Tour from 1998. I had problem starting the car even though i have recently changed the battery. It was during the process of helping to start the vehicle by "wagenwacht Service" that it was diagnosed to be having the relay problem after the status of the battery and alternator have been certified good. Please can someone help me out here

get someone to operate the ignition while you listen for the clicking in the engine bay, odds on its near the battery somewhere. failing that follow the cable from the glow plugs

Hello , I've checked around the battery as suggested but still cannot find the relay.

Try the drivers side panel of the front foot well. Should be relay no2.
