How to remove Emulsion paint stain on black limestone?

Meths will soften emulsion. To prevent it evaporating quickly or running away, mix it with WUL and scrub it on with a stiff brush. Add more at intervals. When it starts to scrub off, keep scrubbing, and sponge it away, add more.
When finished wash off with water.
If you let it dry, it will go hard again.
