Any RGI know how to put the Heat model into Service Mode?

*Setting to Minimum Rate:
1. Turn the CH temperature control knob into the 10 O’clock position.
2. Create a heat demand by ensuring that the system controls are requesting heat and the boiler
Mode Knob is in the On Position.
3. Within an overall time of 3 seconds, turn the CH temperature control knob fully clockwise, back to
10 O’clock and then fully clockwise again.
4. “S” will be shown on the display and the boiler output will be reduced to minimum.
5. The boiler will remain at minimum rate for 5 minutes before reverting to normal operation.

Apparently, the sump cover seal should be changed at every service. It's a bit of a daft wee leak to have on these boilers!! But if that's the only main problem it's an easy fix.

The other issue is the syphonic condense trap outlets getting blocked, I've had that a few times. Again, like the above a bit of a sh.t design, but an easy fix.
It'll be interesting to see how long the main alu HE lasts though!

That's the problem with most manufacturers courses, half the day listening to their sales pitch & half a day hands-on if you're lucky!!
Best one I've been on over the last 20 years was Baxi Main. The guy was first class & lots of hands-on.
