Indesit dishwasher IDL 530

I am having problems with the machine starting a cycle.
all that is happening is when it is on wash cycle 1 I am getting the first and second lights on perm , the only cycle it seams to work on is soak.
when it is on program 2 or 4 the only light iIget on is number 2, please can somebody help the machine is only a few week out side of its warranty.

Now when selecting program on.
Indicator lights one and two are flashing ???
Does anybody have any idea please ?????

drain fault check spigot on sink then drain pump .
