Indesit washing machine conditioner not dispensing/draining

Hi,

I have an Indesit washing machine which for a while has not been draining the conditioner and leaves it full in the dispenser. Having looked at some other sites, there has been mention of clearing out the water hoses which attach to the dispenser? I haven't tried this, but I have cleared any blockages and cleaned the dispenser. Any help from anyone who has a similar problem would be most appreciated.

Remove the dispenser and clean the tube in the tray poke a cotton bud in it to clear it
