Hi
When i set the washer going, the water comes through to the soap drawer but then the washer stops and the programme dial starts clicking round. i have tried resetting the dial, even turning off the machine at the wall but it still does it when i switch it back on. I have seen posts where people are saying about the light flashing so many times, with my washer the light is flashing 13 times . does any one have any ideas about what the problem could be? Please?

i found this advice on another forum but for a different model, would this information be right for my model? or could it be a number of problems?

F13 is a failure of the thermistor (or temperature sensor) on the dryer. Part required
If you are not confident in your own abilities, engineer time. Check in Directories for a local UKW engineer, or pop your post code up and someone will pick up on it.
Whatever you do, pull the plug first.
The error does indeed relate to a 'Thermistor' fault (Part No: C00080767) I would get an engineer to check it out for you. It may be blocked with fluff for example.
You need to call in us experts It's NOT a DIY fix
