infinite prime alarm tamper reset

Help please

We have had a new door fitted so had to move door sensor, which obviously set alarm off,it is now just saying tamper and will not let us reset it, alarm company wanting £220 just to send an engineer to reset does anyone know a code we can put in to get it working again

Have you made sure the tamper switch is closed on the door sensor you moved?
There are default codes listed in the installation manual but these have probably been changed: https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Technical/DataSheets/ESP_Prime/prime_instalations_EL206186.pdf
