Can anyone help please.
We have an Infinite alarm system with a EL2603 smoke alarm fitted. We have had numerous false alarms recently which all seem to stem back to the smoke alarm. Most recently the smoke alarm went off whilst we were on holiday - cue call from Mum who was house sitting asking how to switch it off. Out of desparation she removed the battery which was the only way to silence it! Every time she put the battery back in the smoke alarm sounds again - we have tried new batteries etc. Now when ever we try to set the alarm using either the keyfob or the panel it will not allow us to. Any ideas?
