Does a new brick/block (25mm cavity) wall need to be left to dry out before the inside can be finished with insulation boards?

How are you going to get rigid insulation boards into a cavity?

You would normally build up one (inner) skin complete with tie wires then fit the boards tight against the surface securing them with tie stays.

I emailed Celotex & received a call back a couple of hours later.

Didn't know the answer though. Apparently no one has asked them before so I guess just slap them on.

Yeah slap 'em on.

If this were the case, we would get no work done in the winter months.
