Is there a power saw for plasterboard?

I know about the hand saws, but is there a power saw to deal with plasterboard?

A recipricating saw will do.

And Ryobi do a cordless one for cutting out boxes etc

a cheap jig saw works for us.

Not so easy when it's an existing wall made of twin boards separated by cardboard "honeycomb".
