We might have a problem with a small portion of the extension flat roof on our property. The best way to describle it is it seems to have a bubble in it near the edge. The photos below hopefully make it clearer, although in reall life the bubble looks more raised than it comes across in the photos:

When we moved into our property about 5 years ago I don't recall the bubble being there, but it may have been.

Since the flat roof is still under warranty (just) I was wondering if this was an issue that needs addressing with the roofing company or it is just a small imperfection that makes no real difference?

It looks a bit odd are you sure it is not the fascia board on the side that has not dropped a bit.

Most likely seems like blistering due to moisture trapped beneath.

Other things that you might need to look out for because they may be linked include splitting due to movement in the deck and cracking due to exposure from sunlight. And of course, things can be made even worse if the roof was laid poorly in the first place.

It is worth calling in on the warranty to have it checked out.
