Is this a fair quote?

I'm being quoted £550 to fit:

- one new radiator (easy access via crawl space under floor for plumbing)
- move one radiator from one wall to another
- 3 TRVs

He's also quoted £130 to supply and fit magnaclean.

Does this sound reasonable? The guy did the plumbing when my kitchen was fitted and appeared to do a sound job.

I've been pleased with the Magnaclean I fitted for my old mum, but it's true, the cap can get difficult to turn, and they sometimes leak.

I have the Spirovent all-brass alternative, which seems very good and has come down in price.
