Just been to see a house and noticed this crack near the upstairs bedroom window. This crack is on the wall which is shared with the neighbour. I personally don't think it's top much to worry about but any professional comments would be greatly appreciated!

Above the room is the loft which is not converted into a useable space.

Please see photo.

HAMUHU,

what was the outcome of the Dry Rot business in November of last year?

Different house altogether. Anyway, that was sorted by a professional. New floor including treatment!

This is a pic of another house I'm looking at putting an offer in for...

Does it look like structural issue? I don't think it's that but opinions appreciated!

Could you break down your costs for the november DPC and dry rot treatment?

Don't have a go at me, I'm sticking up for you. I'm asking why Dan is giving you a hard time!

Andy

I think Dan is just asking as he may have tried to help with my last issue with dry rot.
