Hi, we are a Landscaping company based in East London. We installed raised flower beds in a project in August/September of last year. The beds were constructed of concrete blocks, rendered and paint white with an external matt paint.
However, 2-3 months after the installation our customer contacted us regarding some dampness/bubbling in the paint. We removed and repainted the areas affected but it seems this did not solve the issue.
I have attached a few images showing the beds in question.
What would your advice be to stop the dampness showing as it is? The bubbling of the paint can be corrected but perhaps there is a better paint to use or a solution to seal it with after painting.
The sand and blocks were of a good quality so I am not expecting the maint structure to be a cause. However, there is of course soil sitting against the back of the walls......could this be an issue?
Appreciate any help.
Cheers
