Just Value Doors

Typical scenario, customer has rang to say builder has installed a composite door and its a daily struggle to open/close

Are these doorstop doors? Customer has other issues with it in which JVD won't sort.
Anyone dealt with this online company?
We'll be trying to rectify

Haven't seen it yet, as first post, we've been asked to rectify

I have seen ads to become a registered fitting company, I think it wasn't bad money off the top of my head but other than that I know nothing

Surely the liability lies with original fitter.

As soon as you hear the works fitted by a builder you already know it is out of level in at least 2 directions, Out of square and plum too.
Oh and the threshold hasnt been sealed to the cill

And probably a wheelchair threshold hasn't been fitted as required ...or its not be register to LBC
