Hi this just started today! I first thought it sounded like zippers from the jeans scratching the drum when spinning. I looked in with lid open and nothing looks odd. Next load doing the same thing. No banging really, just the LOUD scratching noises at high speed spinning. Where do I start to look to figure it out? Machine is 3 years old next month... UGGG.
THANKS!

Have you lost a bra wire ? had this on our wash machine, a wire had become detached and worked it's way through one of the inner drum, drain holes thus scraping around the inside of the outer drum, found by running fingers over the drain holes of inner drum 'til the tip of the wire was found poking through ... this , however, was really noisy ... Anything between the drums may very well cause 'rubbing' sounds.
