Leaking chrome radiator valve

Hi

I purchased some chrome rad valves from Wickes, one of the vavles appears to be leaking from the gland, can anyone tell me how to remove the chrome head please so i can get to the packing gland?

Close rad valve, undo gland nut, apply ptfe, retighten gland nut, open valve.

Or just bring it back and tell them that tit is faulty.
