Leaking Radiator Valve

Hi All,

Got a leaking radiator valve, its leaking at the spindle. I have tried to tighten the nut next to it as tight as it will go, but its still leaking a bit. See Image:

Whats the next step? Undo the nut that i have tightened and try and get some ptfe tape down there?

Change the valve, looks to me as though it might be a tap with an O ring rather than a stuffing box, chances of getting a replacement ring are slight.
