Hi.

Model No:RCM10FRKP

The conventional electric oven is not getting hot enough. When set to 200 degrees c it is only reaching 160.

I am guessing it is the thermostat, but I thought I would check with those more in the know on here. Is there anything else it could be?

I have watched You Tube Videos on how the replace the thermostate, but not for this cooker model. I cannot see the temperature probe in our oven. What I am seeing on You Tube looks like the spare part on Parts Master. I can see some metal clips in our oven that look like that's where the probe should clip into, but there is nothing there.

Has anybody had any experience with this cooker model that could help me.

Thanks

Fixed it.

I looked around with a torch and I noticed that the temperature probe was resting on top of the heating element! I fitted it back in place and now getting 200 degrees.

I love cheap repairs :D
