Light coloured mould?

There are many light marks on a wall in my mum's house and I'm wondering whether they're likely to be mould? Most of the wall mould pictures I can find online seem to be dark.

Some of mum's walls are damp but I'm not sure whether this is affected.

Don't worry. Left unattended it will go black..... Looks a lot like mildew caused as a result of condensation of moisture-laden air. Treat with commercially available mildew treatment or just plain old bleach (peroxide bleach is less pongy) then make sure that the room is regularly ventilated (i.e. open the windows)
