I bought a battery pack to charge my phone, and when watching the instruction video it auto went to next video which showed two different makes of jump start packs using lithium batteries which are a 1/10th of the weight and size of the lead acid versions.
However we have all seen the video of Dell computers and Boeing planes and the fires when the lithium battery goes wrong. I am quite happy with a 3000 mAh battery to charge my phone, but one big enough to start a car not so happy.
On seeing the video and google I see there are may versions what are the reports on these units.
