loop in fabric car seat repair

I have an annoying loop which has been pulled out on the passenger seat. the fabric is nylon stuff.. can i just cut it or is there another way of dealing with it?

If it is not too frayed you could try a curved sewing needle push in at the site of the loop and out alongside feed the loop through the eye and pull the needle through leaving the loop on the inside.

The people that do smart paint repairs often have seat and dash repair facilities too - if the above doesn't work.
