low hot water pressure

i have a problem where the volume/pressure of the hot bath tap has reduced and takes ages to fill

could this just be a new washer required?

the CH system is boiler and cylinder type-not combi

What is the flow like on your other hot taps? eg bathroom sink...

Does the bath tap operate the same way it used to, same number of turns?
Do you need equal force needed all the way through turning, or does it get really easy with almost no resistance?

sorry I should have said;-

pressure ok on all other hot taps, including bathroom sink.

the offending tap is really loose to turn from closed and the reduced flow only starts after 2 or 3 turns!
