Magnaclean or what else would do

I want to install Magnaclean or an alternative device in the central heating system.

Question: What are your thoughts and advice of products suitable for this job and what do you think is the best product/make to use.

Magnaclean pro 2 is what i use. Easy to install because it comes with a slip coupling. They catch a lot more than some others on the market too

I'm going to have a look at the Spirotrap MB3 on my next few installs. Heard about some Magnacleans leaking on this forum and outside of the forum.

Not known of a leak on the magnaclean 2 but I'm not one to let lightning strike twice, hence why I don't fit vaillant or ideal boilers....

I think the magnaclean has the most powerful magnet but is made of plastic

What is your reason for fitting one? They are not a solution to a problem they are a preventative measure

I,ve 25 radiators in total and a twin gas valve condensing boiler, I'm currently replacing and upgrading radiators to modern specs; so thought that fitting say a magnaclean would be worthwhile.
Currently hardly any debris;much has come out of the system and all radiators become hot all over; so really it is just an upgrade of the system with new rads where needed.
