Main 25 eco combi boiler

My main 25 eco boiler has been playing up when it was fitted the builders never fitted a filter on the mains supply . we have had a problem with the CH and DHW ? just fitted new expansion vessel new 3 way valve assembly plus a new 15\60 pump , new DHW thermistor and hall effect sensor but still no hot water on demand when calling for DHW and the green light will not come on .also the CH will only work if I push the pin my self with motor 3way valve removed ? Is this a new PCB ?

Does the red led light up on halls sensor when demand created on hot water?
