Could someone share the paragraph and paragon number that stipulates main bonding is required when carrying out a minor works certificate

I think it's paragraph 131.16 in 3rd amendment yellow book

Thanks in advance

It's 132.16

It doesn't really relate to certificates; just that the installation must be adequate for the new work.

132.16 - "...Furthermore, the earthing and bonding arrangements, if necessary for the protective measure applied for the safety of the addition or alteration, shall be adequate."

So, only if relevant to your work. Is that what you are getting at?

Yes mate , I have a contractor and he has been giving minor works certificates without carring out ant bonding . I'm aware it's ok to leave 6 MM but most jobs haven't any bonding at all
