Main Combi 30 He

hi,
Bit lost so I hope someone can help. I've a main combi 30 He installed in my kitchen (d/stairs) and have just fitted mixer taps/shower upstairs. My problem is that when I turn the mix taps on cold (fully) and the hot (not even a quarter turn it's piping almost burning hot. Is it as simple as turning down the temp at the combi to fix this problem.

Well its easy for you to turn the boiler down! Turn the knob!

However, I am wondering if your bathroom is supplied with cold water from a loft tank? That would give differential pressures which makes a shower mixer largely useless!

Yep the cold water is in the loft
