We have a Miele Gas hob - only been installed about 18 months (5 burners, black glass thing - item no: KM325GOE/AO1 , Part OA2.72.OTV0000 if it helps!).
Yesterday the whole thing died, when you turn the buttons on there's no lights, no ignition and no gas coming out of the burners (I assume that as it's electronic the gas is cut off if the ignition isn't working?). I've changed the fuse in the plug and that hasn't done anything .............. is there some internal fuse etc that I can have a go at replacing myself? ............. if not, does anybody have any idea about how to go about finding somebody who can fix it - I suspect that if I get Miele out I might be into remortgage territory!
