Mira Elite QT electric shower

I have a Mira Elite QT pumped electric shower. Its been installed about a month now. My problem is after a few minutes of the shower running normal it goes scalding hot out of the blue. It then goes freezing, hot, freezing hot & so on. The only way to get back to normal is to turn it all the way to cold for 30 seconds & then put it to regular showering setting.
Without touching the dial the whole thing repeats itself a few minutes later.
Any tips on this??

what lights are coming on on the shower ? any fault lights ?

Who installed it?

If hot/cold/electric supplies are according to MIs and it was installed correctly then it's a malfunctioning unit and should be replaced under warranty!

No warning lights are coming on.
A dedicated shower installation company installed it. It was a straight swap for a broken Mira Elite ST

looks like it needs swapping again ! did they look at the installation ( pipework )?

Quick update. Mira repair guy came out & replaced the shower. Said they are having issues with the new motor in this model. Anyway mine is working fine now.
