My favourites are Grohe.
A few more pounds than others, but much nicer to use. They are very good quality, and parts will be available in the future if it goes wrong.
Second choice would be something slightly cheaper like a Bristan. There customer service is great. Had to use them recently.
You only get what you pay for with brassware, and cheapest is usually false economy as they only last a couple of years.
