Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced on public radio

That they are to build a second border fence on its southern border with Serbia to keep out future waves of migrants

Mr Orban said the new barrier fence would strengthen there defences if Turkeys policy on migration changed ? if that happened hundreds of thousands could appear at Hungary's border.
