Hi ive got to paint interior walls, which has got mould on, caused by a water leak, i know you have to wash it down with a watered down bleach solution first, is it then a case of just emulsioning or should i use a stain block.

If you've time for the bleach to dry then use oil based undercoat.

you could use bleach, and/or the oil based undercoat (as some decs do!), but neither of these will kill the spors in the mould. use a fungi wash instead of bleach, it will be much more effective in the long run. Don't forget to neutralise with clean water, should you decide to use.

If the leak has been fixed you don't need anything.

Yes the leak has been fixed but walls still have mould on them, if using fungacidal wash do you just paint it on and then emulsion after?

You can get the fungi wash in spray form if you prefer. Just spray on leave for a bit then wash off with clean water, as said this will kill spors and prevent it from spreading underneath (wallcov or paint). You may still need stain block, (or the oil undercoat) if black marks remain. :D
