I have a Chief KTA325 (http://www.ergodirect.com/product_info.php?products_id=15941) triple monitor mount that I want to mount in the corner of my office onto the wall to free up my desk space. It holds three 26 inch Samsung Monitors that weigh approximately 10kg each and the bracket itself weighs around 10kg - So I have a load of more than 40kg.

If this was just going to be connected to the wall then I guess it would not be too hard but I wish to attach the monitor bracket to the wall in the corner of my office and it will be offset from the wall by about 40cm.

My main concerns are the load on the wall and how best to anchor the setup to the brick walls in my basement office. Should I be using a chemical anchor, rawl bolts, expansion bolts or just standard screws and plugs?

Could I use a plate like this: http://parabolspecialist.dk/shop/vaegbeslag-aluminium-vinkel-702p.html and would it hold 40kg hanging 40 cm from the wall? Or should I use a T&K Bracket? http://www.aerialsandtv.com/_wp_generated/wpd8e1185e_0f.jpg

Any advice appreciated :D

If your workstation is standard size why do you want to hang the monitors 16" away from the wall?
What ever method you use I think 'Rawbolts' are the safest option. Screws just wouldn't take the strain.
Also be aware of any electrical cables that may be running in 'safe zones' in the corner. (6", or 150mm from each corner at 90º

The monitors form an arc as can be seen from the picture and if you wish the center monitor to be directly facing you when you are facing the corner of the room then it is not possible to attached them directly to the wall as the fixing is for a 2 inch pole in the rear of the center monitor fixing. My idea was to use the 2 inch pole which the setup already but if the fixing cannot hold 40kg in the wall I was a little dubious.

The corner does not have any wiring as it is a basement room and the wiring is ceiling fed down external cable channels.
