Moved Mira Advance not working

I have a 6 year old Mira Advance that was that I have owned from new. It has never had any technical problems. However, I took out of one room and have now had it installed in another, but unfortunately it no longer works. There is no power light when the power is switched on, but as far as we can tell power is flowing through the unit. ALso, I detect a noise coming from the unit consistent with a functioning transformer.

Any ideas as to the way forward?

Have you confirmed this with a voltmeter?

Could be a bad connection. If I remember correctly the Mira showers have a recessed cable clamp and it is fairly easy to misplace cable in this.
