My Hot water is working but my Central heating does not

HI,

Hope someone can help me with this problem, I have a Potterton Diplomat 41/48 boiler.

The hot water is coming on find, however the Central heating does not fire up. The pilot light is burning and I have have switched the setting to 24hr with the thermostat at full 30C clicked on.

All the radiators have also been bled.

Can anyone help please...

hi,

It is the old system where with a hot water tank.

The controsl have a separate hot water and heating function.

Both are swithched on, hotwater working heating not firing up.

Look at the FAQ for help on how to check if pump is working.

If its very hot then its probably jammed but the test still has to be completed.
