Need your help radiators are scolding (Potterton Suprima)

Need your help trying to solve a problem with my Potterton Suprima. last week I noticed the radiators were to hot too even touch. I checked the room stat was at correct setting.
This week my radiators won't come on. the boiler fires up with solid green light then a green flashing light then goes Amber and shuts down. it will then not restart after about 30mins for hot water but heating still doesn't come on.

These boilers are unreliable at the best of times, best to get a GSR fitter in or even get a fixed price repair from one of the big companies as these have a major, well documented expansive flaw....

Do you have a three port valve? If so find the manual override on the actuator and slide over, the actuator could be stuck.
