My son was trying to open his windows and something cracked. We are not able to put it back properly. The window was able to be tilted before or can be swing open wide. Photos are shown the part broken and model number. Presently the door handle only goes sideways and can lock the window. We can tilt the handle before upwards so we can just tilt the window without opening it. I need to fix this window as i have younger child who potentially fall over the window.

The brand of this window is Roto R610 C10 GR730 620 1050 or 1650. these are the markings on the mechanism.

Questions are:
1. can this be fix by buying and replacing just the mechanism?
2. if yes, where can i buy the part?
3. is it easy to replace or need to be a expert in upvc windows?
4. do i have to replace the whole mechanism or just the part that was broken?

Please help, thanks in advance
