New Flat garage roof

hi im new so bear with me,

just wondering a estimated price for how much a new flat garage roof with either felt or rubber roofing would cost, need new joists etc brick work is okay, rest will be replaced dimensions are 6m x 3.5m ish

also if possible roughly how much it would cost to run electrics to garage its 30m away from house

Well i want to convert the garage into a study and utility and if the roof needs replacing i might as well go for a warm desk roof.
