Hi guys, I am installing a twin shower pump in airing cupboard, are there regulations on pipe work that I need to follow ( am fitting Surrey flange to hwc) then I suppose copper pipe with a gate valve to the pump. Can I use hep pipe on cold inlet to pump and then hep pipe on cold and hot pump outlet

thanks

Quick answer; few regulations as such but read the very recent posts first as it's easy to cock it up; do some more research, don’t use ordinary gate valves they are restrictive (shower pump should come with flexies & isolator valves anyway), then come back.

Personally, I would never, ever use anything other than soldered copper on any shower installation, or any other installation for that matter. ;)
