New Worcester Bosch combi fitted

I had a new Greenstar 28 fitted yesterday to replace my heat only system.

I have problems with boiler and the fitting of it.

1. Two tone droning noise from boiler that resonates through my bedroom above where the boiler is fitted. Had to turn it off to get some sleep.

2. I had the hot water tank replaced with a radiator in case I want an airing cupboard. But the radiator is plumbed in series and hence when turned off, no heating!!!

This was a Which Trusted Trader and Worcester Recommended Installer.

All sorted. The radiator in question was holding back the pressure of the entire system and hence the pump was stressing some what, which caused the noise. The plumber has rejigged the plumbing and everything ok. It was the plumber's apprentice but the plumber didn't check properly!
