Hi, i put my dishwasher on an intensive wash to clean and it had an error code - "Longer heating time but not reaching required temperature" - possible causes malfunction of temperature sensor or of heating element. What does this mean please and is it worth getting it fixed.
We've only had it just over a year and it doesnt really clean properly - the mugs etc on the top come out with what looks like the remains of hot chocolate over the top. I normally only use the eco setting but when i did a clean i noticed the error.
I keep the rinse aid topped up and do regular cleaning.
