Nissan micra urbis 05 model

Help I had a small accident in my car and hit the side of my car into a concrete post. Would I just need to buy a new bumper and left side wing?

Its a plastic bumper with a reinforcer behind, and a steel wing......although they are bolt ons, expect some distortion of the inner wing, once the outer one is removed. There's also a chance that the headlamp brackets have been sheared off too.
