HI,

I hope someone can help.

My parents had a Veissman boiler in stalled a few years ago. The hot water has decided to start playing up.

The water does not stay hot anymore.

Here is the model and serial numbers :-

I have had Viesmann out as it is still under warranty, they told me that the boiler is not receiving enough gas pressure from the supply.

We then had national grid out who said the the supply pressure is fine, and it could be the pipework from the meter to the boiler.

So a company called Amec then came out and changed the pipework from the meter to the boiler to 28mm rather than 22mm as this could be responsible.

It didnt work the boiler is exactly the same - No hot water...

When I run the hot tap at the sink (Right next to the boiler) the tap symbol on the boiler appears and so does the water temp (62) this temp decreases all the way down to 10 or 12 leaving us with cold water..

So Ive just called Viesmann again who are coming out again.

Can anyone tell me who is at fault here? its driving me mad

Thanks very much
