Occasional poor flow thro bath hot water tap

Hi, sometimes but not always, the hot water tap on our bath reduces to a dribble, all the other HW taps in the house are fine.

Any ideas on what is causing this, does the tap need replacing?

We have a CW header tank in the attic and an elec immersion heater

If you can dismantle the tap, check out the condition of the washer first.....if its split or enlarged, replace it.
You can also buy replacement tap inserts if you prefer.
However......the bath hot tap passes a lot of water - more than the others.
Are you certain the header tank in the loft can keep up with the flow?
