Hi All.

Hopefully looking at fitting an old original Belfast sink for a customer.

They have existing 40mm waste pipe to the location, but lost all other bits like the trap years ago! Seems they have a k n a c k e r e d waste for the sink that's 1 3/4"? It needs replacing!

Found some modern Belfast sinks that use a 60mm waste and one or two internet suppliers that sell them individualy.

Anyone know if this is the standard\size I need to use?

If so, I assume there must be a 60mm trap standard?

How do adapt to the eventual 40mm waste pipe?

Anyone know of decent suppliers, preferably ones I could visit in the Reading area to test-fit the bits before purchase?

Cheers for any advice,

Neil
