I've just had a garage built and whilst the outside has been rendered, the inside finish is simply the breeze block. Any advise on sealing before I paint the inside with emulsion?

l asked the same question recently and was told to water down the first coat as it soaks in like blotting paper.Or use a air-less spray gun, that will do the job easily and in half the time.

Airless is a ticky machine...id go for a brush and a masonry roller sleeve.

Thin the first one out though by about 20%
