Hi all what paint would be suitable to paint roof rafters? there is about a foot exposed outside under the roofline.

If exposed give them a coat of Aluminium Primer followed by a trade quality oil based undercoat and gloss, I like the Johnstones Professional system yet any trade paint would be fine. Dont forget to lightly sand brtween coats.
