hi everyone

Just some general advice want to build a portion wall with a door simple enough.

From the toilet wall to other side as there's no joist to support the top of the partition wall

And I wanted the wall flush with the breeze block I was thinking of using a joist face plate on the exterior wall on top and joist repair plate to sit on top of the toilet wall

I know a joist is not needed but may be the

Any some photos

Any suggestions if it's the best way or any simpler ways

Joist hangers raw bolted to the wall ?

Or just drop a mezzanine in ? Would double your floor space ?

I would just fix a doubled up upright to each wall and fix a doubled header across the top
