Parts warning on Plumbworld Shower Enclosures

Just been in touch with Plumbworld and have been advised they do not have parts for a quadrant shower enclosure from 2008.

The wheels have failed rendering the enclosure useless after four years. Not only is the enclosure useless so is the whole installation.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Not a quadrant but a wheel mechanism for a sliding shower door which failed last year (installed about 2008 also).

The unit was from Wickes and they got onto the manufacturer who were happy to supply a replacement. So, it may be worth asking plumbworld who the manufacturer was as I'd imagine that these wheels are pretty standard.
