Party wall question ?

Hi, My house is on the right in the pic. Are we both responsible for the cost or repairs to the wall. Obviously this goes above my roofline so wondering, if any, there are regulations on this ?

Normally the wall above the roof belongs to the neighbour and would be his responsibility. The party wall stops where it stops dividing the two houses.

If you have use of that chimney, it could be different.
